Supersoaker is cheating because most of the work is already done. Also, having an open flame next to the nozzle of a light plastic supersoaker wouldn't exactly have my vote of confidence.

Actually, I could make one with lock-tite fittings and industrial grade tubing for under 150. The fuel tank would be special though but not too hard to obtain.
